WeclomeKidz provides reasonable physical accommodations and ensures program accessibility to clients, parents/guardians, and visitors with disabilities, including individuals with hearing, speech, vision, or mobility impairments.

Protected classes, persons with disabilities, and persons with Limited English Proficiency are integrated into all programs and activities.

Our facility is designed to be physically accessible, with:

- Barrier-free entryways

- Accessible restrooms

- Step-free classroom access

- Elevator access to second-floor classrooms, ensuring that children, families, and staff with mobility impairments can fully participate in all programs located on the upper level

- Drinking fountains (if applicable) positioned for use by all individuals

Language and Communication Access

We ensure meaningful access for clients with Limited English Proficiency through:

Oral interpretation services

Written translation of important documents such as enrollment forms, consent forms, and parent handbooks
